Oh, I couldn't get enough of the Colombian coffee at breakfast. it was like a warm hug in a mug! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel was shielded from the interstate noise like a comfy cocoon. Plus, the breakfast attendant was a ray of sunshine, making sure we started our day right!
Beware of hidden fees! I got hit with a pet fee of $38.50 for a furry friend I don't even own. After chasing down refunds for days, it felt more like a scavenger hunt than a stay.

The kids loved the indoor pool and the game room! We enjoyed the clean rooms and had fun exploring nearby parks. The breakfast was solid, we appreciated the variety and it fueled our adventures around Franklin.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.

Despite decent breakfast options and a friendly staff member, the experience was marred by the musty and damp conditions of the rooms. The indoor pool was closed for the duration of the stay, and multiple complaints about the humidity yielded little satisfaction or resolution. The location was convenient, being close to the highway and local amenities, but the overall maintenance issues left much to be desired.

Couple seeking comfort
The clean room was a relief after a long drive. The breakfast spread was excellent, a level above what you'd expect, tons of choices and everything freshly stocked!
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on 01 Junindoor poolconvenient amenitieshumidity issues
The indoor pool area offers a decent escape for families, providing a much-needed break for kids after a long day on the road. Rooms feature a microwave and fridge, making it convenient to store and heat up snacks or leftovers after adventures.
However, the humidity levels in the rooms are a real concern—showers left towels damp by nightfall, and the air felt thick and musty, which might not sit well with everyone. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings, while varied, sometimes fell short of expectations, with inconsistent quality leading to mixed feelings.

I checked into the King Room Non-Smoking after a long drive. The staff was welcoming, which I appreciated. The room itself had a clean appearance with decent linens. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool. However, a strong musty smell lingered throughout my stay, making it hard to relax. I noticed mold in a corner of the room, which definitely raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Breakfast offered various options like scrambled eggs, though they didn’t look too appetizing. The indoor pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. I had hoped for some fun activities, especially since I'd brought my family along. Overall, service was decent, but management could improve by addressing room conditions more effectively. I left feeling mixed about my stay, as the amenities did not quite meet my expectations.
